Why We Train the Way We Do
At Train716, we don’t run random workouts or throw “WODs” at the wall to see what sticks. Everything we do is backed by science, periodization, and real-life results.
Our program runs in Seasons — 13-week macrocycles designed to:
- Build strength and conditioning in waves
- Avoid burnout and plateaus
- Improve movement quality and energy system development
- Keep training fun, fast-paced, and intentionally challenging
Each week is mapped for intensity. Each phase has a purpose. And every movement you see in class was chosen on purpose, not just because it looks cool on Instagram (though that helps).
We believe you can:
- Lift heavy and move well
- Train hard and recover smart
- Have structure and still feel free to push your own limits
